Frankie wanted it, and he got it. For the past 2 weeks, Frankie has been pleading into the cameras asking America to vote him for whatever twist they had in store. Surprisingly, America didn’t listen right away, despite Frankie’s immense popularity thanks to his youtube channel and his sister. Now-evicted Joey was the first member of Team America, but production had to scramble when she was also the first person voted out of the house. Like expected, they kept the TA twist, except they sped up the voting to prevent another awkward situation.
Donny was revealed as the first member of Team America, but we waited patiently to find out who the other two would be. The answer was revealed last night after they were told in the DR. The results:

Derrick
Frankie and Derrick have already been playing the game pretty hard and are deeply embedded in other groups of people, but this could be a saving grace for Donny who was basically floating through the game. He now has two allies who both have very good standing in the house, and are both pretty damn smart. I expected Derrick to be a very intelligent player (cops are underrated people readers, imo), but Frankie was quite the surprise. Instead of pulling an Elissa (who used her sisters fame to get into the house and then did nothing but push her yoga on people), Frankie actually appears to give a crap what happens in the house. He has his fingers on the pulse of everything that is happening, and is in a pretty decent position to go far into the game.
There is not even a question how America feels about Donny, so I’m sure everyone is happy to see him finally excited to play the game. He’s been mostly avoided all summer due to being a pretty weak physical player, and has been forced to treat the game like a summer vacation. Now he can add his years of wisdom and Big Brother knowledge to two very strong players and form quite an interesting Team America.
Let’s just hope they are not given tasks that will expose their game and put targets on their backs.
Frankie and Donnie I can see but not sure about Derrick yet. I was kinda hoping for Nicole because I think it would have been fun and I like Nicole. I don’t dislike Derrick but if he has these great powers of observation he needs to speak out some, not just quietly observe so often.
there are a lot that we haven’t seen that much of in the house. I wish when they are talking to each other we could see all players in the conversation. It is hard when they zoom in on the one talking and we cant see the other one. I like to watch their body language too.
Me too Charlotte. Seeing the body language along with hearing what is being said can make a big difference for us viewers.
Yes definitely. I don’t remember it being this way last year, we could see all of them as they was talking.
I’m not sure what the purpose of TA is. I mean they will basically do small tasks here and there and get 5,000$ everytime. But i think people will know about the twist and it will put a target on their bakc (because they are getting money while others arent)
I dont think that getting a target on 3 players America likes is worth the entertainment you’ll get from watching these 3 doing random tasks.
Your scenario depends on everyone else knowing. As we’ve already seen in the feeds, all three seem pretty aware of the need to keep it secret.
Yea but didn’t Joey sort of spill the beans about TA? I could be wrong but apparently she said how she was a member of TA as a way to keep her in the game.
Now the houseguests aren’t stupid, if they know Joey was part of TA, they should know that BB will find replacements. Also, once they see all 3 of these guys (who aren’t all that close in the house) do random tasks together, it will sort of be obvious.
Team America will work for awhile but they will soon figure it out.
I think Frankie may convert Zach! I know he is getting a chubby when he is in a cuddle puddle with Frankie and Frankie is rubbing his back. See on sunday nights show when Frankie jumped up on him and he (Zach) cupped his ass in his hands? If not in the house when he gets out I think Frankie will show him how to do the man love! (Not that there is anything wrong with that!)
on the show Sunday night I thought that was Caleb and Frankie cuddling and playing with each other all the time and Zack was in the bed next to the them talking about it. He seemed like you might have been a little jealous, though. Maybe he wanted to join them.
No if I am not mistaken that was Frankie and Zach and that Cody was in the other bed rolling his eyes! Maybe he was jealous as well.
Caleb and Devin were by the pool and Caleb was talking about need someone anyone to cuddle with and Devin said he would cuddle with him. I think they all hve swung both ways or are ready to swing! (Not that there is anything wrong with that)
Yeah, that Devin/Caleb convo. was weird. I’ve suspected Devin was at least bi (not that there is anything wrong with that) from the first time I saw/heard him.

I would just like to see more of derrick. CBS seems to not show him much in the editing that is shown on TV.
Well to be fair, Derrick’s game doesn’t make for good television. He’s been playing the quiet game so far. He socializes just enough to be able to be in the room when things are discussed. Then he sits back and soaks in the information.
He’s playing the house like an undercover cop and I think it’s going to serve him well. But it doesn’t make for entertaining television. Other than his very intuitive evaluation of people/events, you probably won’t see him much.

Frankie does have his hands in a lot of stuff. So, it might get interesting. Derrick he is going to be the quiet one waiting for the right time and Donnie is liked by everyone one so he was a great choice.
