Good afternoon, everyone!
It’s Wednesday in the Big Brother house and they are still locked in, so, endurance comp confirmed? Maybe. Nothing is confirmed until it’s confirmed, but it’s a good sign.
Yesterday was full of absolutely NOTHING until later in the evening after I went to bed and they gave the house some booze. So let’s briefly recap that part if you didn’t read Mel’s post this morning…
Rome called the guys to a meeting (minus Jason and Devens) to pitch him staying. Dee crashed it and scolded them for having a guys meeting but not including them. She also tried to pretend that’s the same as what happened to Rome the other day where he was ignored trying to get in the HoH room.
Sorry, Dee, but you’re wrong here. The fact that you were able to scold them about this situation shows that it was not the same. Rome literally sat outside of the HoH room knowing everyone was inside and nobody answered the door at all. Maybe it’s her guilty conscience talking – knowing that was fairly rude behavior – but to compare the two is ridiculous. Not being invited to a conversation is a big difference than a secret conversation and then pretending you’re not home when someone is ringing the bell.
Moving on, as havenots are winding down, there is talk about the list for next week and Lala is insisting she won’t be a havenot. Taylor said even Jesus would be a havenot should be a havenot if he were in the house and said she’d punch Lala. She was only kidding about the punch part and Lala said she is only kidding about her refusal of HN. Not that she has much of a choice.
Lucky for her, however, I do believe the next HoH will be endurance and almost certainly the first 4-5 people who fall off the wall will be HN, so it should be in her hands this week. Not good news for Angela, however. She’s probably going to be first off the wall if it is a wall comp.
Regarding after that? It’s really hard. I can easily say a bunch of people who won’t win, but it’s hard to tell the order. Like Jason, Chuk, Taylor are almost guaranteed losers of that comp. However, hard to say they’d be going down before others. Some other people who likely won’t win are Lala, Lyric, or Yash. Probably Melody and Barrett as well.

They were just basically going over different scenarios of what will happen depending on who won HOH also discussing who is pitching who and what they’re trying to say to sway people. Also touching base on who they can and cannot trust.

Great episode. Lots to say but I’ll keep it to one comment. Great editing! A lot happened this week especially early on. BB really cut it up nicely. This is kind of my first year of really watching feeds so seeing a lot of it firsthand and then the final product is really cool.

BB going off and Survivor coming with Rick in both is weird.
BB did the newbies wrong by putting both Dee and Rick in there at the same time. They are too good, smart and experienced with their social/game skills. One of them would’ve been plenty dangerous enough, but both… Oh no. The HG’s might still get them though.
I love watching them do their thing but BB definitely put the newbies at a disadvantage.
I’m really glad they did it because the two of them are pure gamers they’re not there for Instagram followers or showmances. Not to mention that they are loving that they’re causing chaos and havoc which makes this season so much more fun. They also keep talking about they want to win competitions they want to win them every chance they can. Everybody else is talking about who they’re going to throw the competition too. I am absolutely loving the Survivor crossover. (No pun intended) LOL

I agree with all that. Two weeks in and this is so good. This is my first time watching feeds this early in the season but I have to believe that this start is abnormally good with Rick and DEE in there. Rick‘s first HOH was legendary. The entire toolshed group was bowing down to him. that has to be a BB first.
I’m big on fairness. There’s $750k at stake here so that’s why I feel for the newbies. Rick’s my guy though!
And the Diary Room would be a complete snooze fest without the Vets (including Jason).
I completely agree with Lynn. And while Dee and Devens are well known in the reality game world, they do not know Big Brother. They love the competition and are really having fun. Their downfall is probably going to be listening to Angela.
I don’t think either one of them came in there really expecting to win because they knew they would be big threats. Devens has pretty much said so.

Devins and Dee think leaving a showmance intact could somehow benefit them later is pure newbie thinking the smaller the numbers get the harder it is to break one up and their first loyalty will always be to each other never you.

Kari, it is as much your house as his. I would rather wash dishes and take out the garbage then watch bowling on TV but that’s just me. So I say you let him know it is BB night and you are going to enjoy it on the TV in the house!
It’s okay. Actually enjoyed sitting out on the deck because it’s much cooler around here than it is inside. I missed the first few minutes but I got the most of it on my phone.
And you’re right I just tend to let him have it the majority of the time because he’s the only one bringing in any money and I can watch TV whenever when he’s at work.
That’s why I have a tv in my bedroom. If not my husband would be watching BB.
Sadly I don’t have a bedroom. We have a tiny two bedroom and our adult child has the second bedroom. There’s no TV in the main bedroom. No cable hook up there. I sleep in the living room. Sigh
