Good afternoon, everyone!
It’s Wednesday in the Big Brother house and the house is about ready to get on with the week but still have more than 24h to go. It must be extra weird for Devens and Dee who are used to Survivor’s schedule.
A typical Survivor season is filmed in roughly 26 days, but we’re 9 days into filming here and there is still 100% of the house. By day 26, we’ll probably still be around 14 players and 60ish days to go. Someone asked if Survivor was harder than Big Brother, but I’d say no. Yes, it’s absolutely more taxing on your body. It’s like being a havenot for a month straight, so that’s definitely rough, but there just isn’t enough time to really get to know people.
And that’s what people don’t understand. It’s easy to lie on Survivor. A new person is evicted like every day or every other day so you never really get to know half the cast and only barely get to know the other half. In BB, there is so much downtime, so much talking, laughing, joking, and backstabbing that it grows this persistent distrust of everyone around you because you know the person laughing with you is probably plotting behind your back.
Former players have said it takes a month+ for them to adjust back to real life where you’re not sizing up everyone you speak to.
Anyway, on a bigger note, Angela’s paranoia is starting to creep in. She caught Drew off in a huddle with Barrett and Dee and didn’t loop her in, so she is feeling that there are all types of stuff going on behind her back. Oh man, please give us another crazy eyes moment. Although, there is a 85% chance production would cut the feeds this time to save it for the show.
I still stand by what I said earlier in the week. Yash is going home if he doesn’t win the blockbuster. If Yash wins, it will be close, but Ashley should edge out Taylor possibly via tiebreaker.

So many “Alliances”. People are going to get confused on the stories they are telling and to who. Someone is going to mess up, and bad.
As if the person living in the White House hasn’t done enough dumb sh**, now he is going to possibly interrupt BB live eviction night? IMPEACH! IMPEACH!

Okay so what exactly happened as far as Jason talking about his mother to Angela and it being emotional manipulation? I don’t see it talked about above unless I missed it. Thanks.

Again, I am so sorry about your Mom I am still hoping for a recovery for her. I have not watched the episode yet but I’m pretty sure it will not sit well with me. I lost my mom in 2017 and not going to lie it is still an everyday pain that I feel.
Wait till you watch it. He cried to her and then laughed about it the minute she left. It is absolutely disgusting. He admitted to someone the other day that he is using crying as strategy.
Tbh, he totally gave me the ick.
I never really was a Jason fan. And I have said from day one that he will not win this season bc he was the first one to walk through the door into the house. So now I just really would like him to go sooner rather than later. Also on Instagram today I stumbled across the post where there was a ton of past BB players predicting who they think or would like to win this season and I want to say a majority of them said Jason and also called him by his drag name. I hope they’re all feeling a little bit bad right now bc playing a game is one thing playing a disgusting game like he is as a whole other scenario.
I’ve noticed that Dee has an affinity for both of those people.
I hope he’s voted out next, that was a very low class.
My heart is with the citizens of Ontario Canada and the Indigenous population that have lost their homes and land. This is horrific.
People that live in upstate New York etc that are dealing with the heavy smoke. We had something similar in Seattle a few years ago. Get really good masks and wear them. Also if you have box fans you can get filters that you tape on the back and put up in your window and fill in the gaps with cardboard.

Kind of smoke is so hard to deal with but loss of life and land is absolutely heartbreaking. Washington and Oregon are being hit really hard with fires right now and we just had a lightning storm this morning but luckily it was accompanied with a heavy rain.
Seems like Drew just now told Dee about Ashley blabbing and she is now on board to get Ashley out.
Frankly she can go and I wouldn’t mind I get the impression she is just there to be on TV and up her social media following and wouldn’t be surprised if she starts an onlyfans account when she leaves the house.

She evidently thinks she’s hot stuff, but ewww, nope.
While watching her talk to Haley, her facial expressions were constantly like she was trying out for a movie or a TV show. Just a little note I don’t think BB was the TV show she was trying out for. And I’m so sick of her constantly making the duck lips.
Barrett came in and agreed. But then Angela came in and doesn’t believe that Ashley did that. She thinks Rome made it up because she saw him an Melody talking earlier. Angela is starting to lose it. It’s just a matter of time before they won’t be able to talk her down.
It might be a massive mistake but if I was ever in the house, I would not try and win that first HOH comp.
Is it just me or does Chuk seem invisible? I don’t watch the feeds, but he’s rarely on the show and when I’m reading updates he’s the only one I ever think “who?!”
Sometimes I forget he’s even there.

Same. I wanted to like him, but I don’t because of this kind of crap. I also think he missed a huge opportunity by not letting the other reality tv show vets know he was one of them.

Rome just told Taylor that Devens told him that the other side is recruiting Ashley and Melody. We all know that’s a lie. I kind of thought Rome wanted to work with Devens, but guess not!
Hopefully it gets back to Devins.
It might since they seem to trust Drew and Barrett. But only he, Lyric, and Taylor were there when he said it.
Sounds like they may keep Ashley anyway, just for her vote, but won’t really trust her with info. I heard one of them say they can always get her out next week.
I think Dee wants Yash out because he could possibly win HOH and would probably put her up next week.
But who knows?

Pretty sure Ashley will be going home once Drew and Barrett report back what they heard. And Melody is also saying she wants Ashely out now because she now has the ‘other side’ and asked her to switch sides with her.

Melody now telling Drew what Ashley told her and that she said Drew knew about it.
And now she is telling Barrett.
What the hell? I go to work for a few hours and come back and find Jason’s been crying, Melody’s been crying, Angela’s trying to talk herself down off a ledge and Taylor’s saying she’s only talking to Barrett today instead of campaigning.
And it’s only week 1. This ought to be an interesting summer.

I’m so confused. Is this what she agreed to say when they were coaching her, or did she just throw them all under the bus?! Because when I read the update about Ashley saying this, I thought maybe I misunderstood but I don’t think this is what Drew told her to say, lol.
Ashley’s being an idiot and she is apparently throwing everyone under the bus. This is not what they told her to say.
