Good morning, everyone!
Going to be a brief one today, I have another longish day ahead of me with more services for my mother so I am just coming in here to start a new thread as the other is getting long.
And I guess it’s good last night was so dull because there isn’t a ton to really even talk about. Taylor is finally starting to play the game by chatting with people outside Lala, even trying to think of a ‘tether’ strategy similar to Cookout where you get an alliance and then have each person partner with someone on the outside so you control them.
I mean overall, that’s never a bad strategy, but typically you need to be in a position of power to do that. Like, the Toolshed can easily do something like that as they’re an established group. But this far into the season, zero chance Taylor can pull a group together that is not only large enough to have an impact but influential enough to get partners. Good strategy, but not even close to being in the position to implement.
Other than that, Drew/Melody seem to be getting closer and closer. Just watching their interactions, I can tell they like each other and will date. That’s a guarantee. Not sure it will happen on the show, it’ll probably be something they test after the show ends and it probably won’t go very far, but guarantee a hookup happens between them at some point in life.
Alright, heading out. I’ll be back tonight. Thank you all for your patience this season between my mother and my job situation. I’ll mention that part again but a brief summary, I accepted a position that wants me to onboard in person 3x a week for the next two weeks. Hopefully they keep their promise and let me go remote after, but starting this week, my daily posts probably won’t even happen until 6pm est unless I can wake up super early and knock it out before. That will be Tue, Wed, Thur of this week and next at the minimum and I really really hope maximum.

I’ll also be contributing at the end of the season when my paychecks start coming in. Being out of work a few weeks hurts.
It’s a little crazy that the HG’s have not bailed on the tea party after party. Everyone is just hanging out waiting for more drama. Good stuff. Devens left and then came back!

Yes. I thought Lala was supposed to be so I don’t know what happened there. No one wanted Angela to have to do it since she just spent a week in the egg costume.
I was also under the impression Lala was supposed to be a HN this week I know she was throwing a fit about it and there are only 4-HN this week which week 1 there were 5 and honestly I cannot remember how many there were last week.
Yep. It’s been really weird with the widespread confusion on Lalas have not status.
I would like Jason more if he didn’t do all the over-the-top theatrics, I know a lot that is from production, but it gets old fast and if I was in that house after a few days of that stuff I would probably self-evict.
He’s cool and he’s great TV. He’s got terrible strategy though. As far as the theatrics, I was really scared he was gonna be worse. I really do like him.
I think for jason, that’s genuinely his personality. I know he plays it up for TV but I think it’s also just what he does so I don’t mind it as much as some people in the past. Plus, he’s good at comps so I’m kind of hoping he stays this week. The Vets need some competition
Yes. I really hope Jason stays. He is the only other competition for Dee and them until Drew and Barrett officially get targeted. Kamu is still doing his own thing.
Jason is also dressed very nice right now He looks good. It’s actually a shame with how nice everyone looks (and the fun everyone is having with Drew and Barrett dressed up in dresses) that Kamu plans on ruining the evening with his planed speech. I really think he should wait till tomorrow for the veto meeting.
He’s not planning on ruining anything. He just wants to address everyone all at once and counting on Jason‘s inclination for drama. He’s hoping that Jason loses it in front of everybody. He said he plans to be like Devens and be respectful through the process.
I don’t understand why the Vets are okay with this because if Kamu’s planning on mentioning the conversations that Jason had with them, won’t that just screw them if Jason wins the Blockbuster and stays this week?
That’s one of the things Dee kept saying to him. She did not want her name brought up so she wanted to make sure whatever it was she told him somebody else had mentioned it also

I don’t get what Kamu is trying to accomplish with his meeting. Jason lied to him and said he would do what Kamu wanted with the veto which was a stupid ask to begin with but Kamu lied to Jason and said he wasn’t going to put him otb. I’m hoping something happens in this backfires on Kamu. I also don’t like Haley’s comment about emotionally isolating Jason next week if he’s still there. I mean, they’ve already blown up his game, taken out his closest alliance person and they’re targeting him. Why the need to be so extra? This is another reason I like Dee and Deven’s. It’s all game. It’s not personal.

THIS!!!!! Having been a person that has been bullied and emotionally isolated my entire life, it’s not cool. She needs to go. I wish production would step up and stop some of this because it’s the same thing as emotional abuse and it’s not okay. And what Jason said about his mother was also not okay.
I think Kamu is picking low hanging fruit. Jason is very dangerous in the comps. As well as easy to muster up eviction votes for.
I completely missed her saying that. Where was I? But I agree I do not agree with doing that to somebody at all.
I also want to add though I completely do not agree with the way Jason is talking about people either. He is not completely innocent.
I thought maybe Jason did something awful again, but it seems to me he’s just playing the game and fighting for his BB life.

It’s still way too early yet, but who’s your front runner to win this season? For me, I feel like Drew or Mallory could take it. If the legends are still there after jury starts though..maybe Dee.

I’m probably missing something though. Maybe Jason said something super crappy when he was campaigning to everyone to stay because that def wouldn’t suprise me knowing how messy he can be, lol.
I think Kamu is doing what he always does He talks just to talk bc he really never STFU. I agree it would definitely be a better speech for the Veto meeting and he could give it when he puts Jason up. But also Kamu is like a little kid with a new toy He just came up with the idea and he has to do it as soon as possible.
The funny thing is I doubt he realizes that after a while people just tune him out.

I believe his intention with the speech at the tea party is to get Jason to lose his cool and fully blow up his game a second time in front of the house.
With that I fear he will straight up blow up the Toolshed alliance bc I am highly confident he knows who is in it, at least he knows the core 6 for sure.
No. The toolshed has definitely left him in the dark. From what I’ve seen anyways. I can’t even think of anybody in that alliance who may have given him that info.
I mean, I feel like it’s very obvious (but that’s just me). Like it is clear that Haley, Kamu, and Chuk are a 3 and it is no surprise that Angela, Devens, and Dee are a core 3. I mean he did see them all go into the HOH room together late that night when Angela got Barrett out of his bed from the have-not room. Jason was in the kitchen with Rome and Lyric so I am sure he is completely aware. It is just that I don’t think he can do anything about it because they simply have the numbers in the house.
I know it’s a game but it’s insufferably immature when something kind of fun is planned and somebody wants to blow it up? Come on now not everything has to be about game all the time.
I think this is what’s bothering me. It just seems kinda silly to impact something fun when they have so little of it and the Veto ceremony is right around the corner. And whoever is organizing it and doing the prep might be upset…I guess we’ll find out!
I’m not sure who came up with the tea party idea but apparently as of right now nobody is doing of the prep. Jason and Lala made that comment in the kitchen it’s supposed to start in like an hour and a half and nobody has started prepping anything for this tea party that they’re all wanting to have.
Kamu fully plans on exposing Jason but said he’ll be respectful about it. It’s Kamu so you know it will be unless Jason takes things that direction.
Glad to hear that. I asked my daughter same question (she has the feeds), she said Dee got him to agree to wait for 30 minutes so everyone can enjoy the party first, so it doesn’t sound like he’s gonna blow it up completely, which I can appreciate.

Well, I’m old and have been watching since the first season, have followed on here for years, and my daughter used to watch it with me when she was still living at home (she’s 40 now!) so we text a lot about it, and her having feeds gives me a lot of info. I paid for them one year but they frustrated me so much I said never again! I appreciate all of you on here who watch them and give us updates in the comments, as well as Steve, Mel, and Lynn’s hard work. And my understanding of the game has increased significantly since I found Junkies!

No. I wish. I just started watching feeds mid last year. Ive been a casual fan since Rachel Riley‘s first season (not because of her)whenever that was. I meant no disrespect to Ginger snap. They’re just seems to be a ton of people backslapping each other here for nothing. I don’t care that people want the rankings but when other people comment about the game and get nothing while others get love over dumb stuff…(Im not talking about admin personnel. I know their role in this. I’m talking about comments on the weather and cats or nothing even. This is a forum for Big Brother right? Facebook for all that other stuff folks. I love the website, but it’s not exactly as it appears. That Facebook stuff really detracts from your product here. This Karma system is flawed.

A lot of people follow this site because they don’t watch feeds. And they make comments people like. I don’t know why anyone feels it necessary to pick on them for it or occasional non game-related topics. Everybody’s usually really friendly here.

I personally have not seen anything like that on the feeds. But then again I do miss some of the feeds. Also you have to remember when you are locked in that bubble the paranoia goes crazy.
Not an item, but there is definitely a mutual interest and possibly a killer love story there. Apparently Haley saw a psychic back in the day and much of what was said to her points to Kamu.

Dee’s Instagram there is a post that was posted after she left for Big Brother explaining the whole thing and she said she was never a big brother fan. But I guess it’s sequester she watched one and a half seasons. I’m pretty sure Devene was not either they were just both recruited by CBS.

Okay that’s actually kind of cool. Old school. Very old school. Cucumbers sandwiches are pretty damn good. My grandfather used to grow something called a lemon cucumber which is far less gassy and has a thinner skin. I used to love those things. (They grow really great in hot climates)

One would think that they have the money to exterminate inside and outside that entire damn building knowing full well that this is going to happen. But keeping the place clean especially the countertops wiped down with antiseptic wipes helps a lot. That’s what we tend to do here.

My feeling is Jason did bring this on himself by promising everybody something. As for Yash I would not trust him at all. He keeps getting info from the Tool Shed & running it to the other side of the house esp to Jason. He needs to watch what he’s doing bc he’s eventually going to be caught.
I don’t get the promising everybody something stuff how do you not think people in that house are not going to talk and compare notes.
