Well, as expected, as soon as I loaded up a game, feeds returned to kill my buzz. But that’s okay, the game is kind of boring. I’l take the feeds.
So, current situation, Haley eliminated. Feeds immediately show Haley’s greyed-out face, so thank you for that. Although sometimes I like guessing. It’s fun waiting for the feeds to show everyone in the house and see who is missing.

I just realized theres no more Have Nots starting this week… So production allowed Drew to win a power that literally CANNOT be used… Thats so messed up. Might as well give him a power of “next time you have your personal phone in the house you can call your parents”… oops, you never get your personal phone in the house, guess that means nothing! sorry!
It’s been pointed out by others how that comp was a total obvious fix up. I can’t remember everything that’s been said but…
Screens that were probably programmed to say the same thing no matter when the button was pressed.
Power and punishment assigned to the player so it would instantly flick to the right colour as soon as the button was pressed.
People voting probably not meaning anything since production knew who they were going with for the week.
Two Survivor Icons getting the only decent powers and the other power going to their little pet is basically useless.
Angela gets an egg costume and Mallory miraculously got the skimpy get up.
There was more but I can’t recall. But it’s hard to argue with it when it’s all laid out.
Also, the chair that holds the canister that contains the document that describes the reward, or punishment just happens to have the correct one that they clicked on. Rigged
I really think this whole BB is dumb. Just put three HG up, play the veto, one wins and pulls themselves off and the last two are on the block eviction night. Have each nom pick a veto player to play for them as well and if the picked HG wins the veto, it’s used on the nom that chose them.
I’ve never liked the blockbuster. Wish they’d ditch it. Whoever wins POV can use it but if they’re not on the block it means they COULD be put up. People just can’t help complicating simple things even when they work.
Drew needs to grow a pair now and replace Yash with DEE!! A Survivor can’t win this game. They’ve been casting a spell on everyone since arriving in the house. Come on wake up!

I keep waiting for Drew, Barrett and Yash to make their move against the icons… ?!?! Can anyone tell me why on earth Drew would not put Devens up now as replacement? He could tell Taylor and Lala that whichever one does not win will be safe as long as they vote with him to evict Devens, and then Dee will be next. Then he will also have Yash, Melody and needs to convince Barrett. He gets credit for the biggest move of the game.
He would definitely win the jury votes to win the whole game if he got ANY icon out.

It absolutely doesnt represent mainstream BB, it represents at most former players opinions if anything, which most of america is not a member of. There also was not a hundred former players in the direct audience reacting, which you would have seen had you watched past the “#1 video clip that has gone viral” and seen the majority of the returning BB players hidden away in a warehouse nearby. And they didnt boo, they gasped. I see all the same stuff you do, I’m just not manipulated into thinking thats what everyone thinks lmao I think you may need to broaden *your* horizons if you are someone who thinks that the world is in agreement with whatever social media is choosing to show you on your feed.
To be clear though, there are certainly a ton of fans who say that about Drew. However, theres a ton of fans who say the opposite, who say that about Barrett, who say things about Mallory, about Melody, about [insert House Guest name here]. But if you want MY anecdotal view on what social media as a whole seems to be leaning towards, it seems that the tides turned over the last week against barrett and in support of Drew. Is that just what MY feed is showing me? Maybe. But thats the point.

Apparently Devens, Dee, Drew and Barrett were sitting together earlier at the table and Devens said something to Dee like, “Did you forget what happened last week?” – I believe in reference to her putting up both Drew and Mallory. I am missing some context bc I was busy earlier and just got back on feeds right before this happened. Devens said he was totally joking but Dee doesn’t seem happy about it. She said she didn’t feel supported when he said that and it bothered her, and he apologized. Seems to me since another post here said Dee was whispering with Angela earlier as well, that Dee is starting to get paranoid and question Deven’s intentions now but I am not sure.

Well, you know how big brother likes its twists… what if instead of a double eviction with an HOH and a veto, they are just going to surprise the houseguests, and say there’s no blockbuster, but the two people who get the most votes leaves? 😬
Before the feeds went down I just saw Barrett up in the HOH room and since I read that Drew is the new HOH, I would hope Drew would tell Barrett to go kick rocks and sleep downstairs, shower downstairs, do everything downstairs. But unfortunately, I have a feeling that 1-Drew has no idea what Barrett has done to him & 2-Drew does not have that much of a mean streak in him. However, if either Lala or Taylor come down I hope Barrett goes up on the Block.
He told Melody that he was going to put him up and then he said just kidding so yeah I don’t think that’s happening. Seems to me Drew is trying to get feedback from others on what he should do all the time.
Drew and Barrett have always been late nite close pals up together talking hours after the entire house is asleep. Melody is also there with them two during the insomnia hours. Drew inwardly KNOWS the 3 icons will NEVER take him with them to the end. He is using the icons to get further in the game but secretly wants to go to the end with Barrett and Melody.

Drew does accept what Melody says to him because you can see deep down he feels guilty that he betrayed her for showmancing her every night for hours after all the other houseguests are in bed. He is like her secret boyfriend and then he voted THEIR BEST GIRL OUT to side with the icons desires after doing nothing but telling Melody how much he hates the icons while cuddling with her til 4am in the morning in the hammock. Yea shes definitely saying stuff to him to the cam every once in a while but I dont think theres any real commitment. Honestly if they went into this in a situationship, even during an “on” time expecting any kind of devotion while undergoing big brother, theyre dumb. But also I dont think theyll do anything. Drews dad said in an interview he hates to dissapoint but “drews a good kid and he loves his mother so he wont be doing any kissing on national television. it’s back on right now. and honestly I loved melody and drew together. I was like a crazy person watching them at 4am when I couldn’t sleep back here in Texas because they were just so adorable with their late night talks and hang outs. but after the way she treated him this last week when drew was basically crying and kicking himself for feeling so bad about mallory…. melody needs to take a chill pill with her scream therapy out on drew lol! ohhhhhh but now she’s HOH and she asks him just 10 min ago “Drew don’t you think I look cute in this outfit??”. I really wanted Haley to go when she was on the block the first time because she was just soooo awful in the house, but when she didnt then I wanted her to stay until zingbot because I just knew that it would calm down and the exit interviews for her would be so tame when there was soooo much juicy stuff to ask her back during that first block. Zingbot could have brought all that stuff up but of course she goes home the literal DAY BEFORE zingbot shows up. UGH!
Oh! & I will say I do still love the icons. I think they are just smarter players. They play differently from the rest of the HG because they dont know much about the game coming from survivor but it seems to be working in their favor. It’s just interesting to watch. And Angela is such a different player from when she first started so I give her credit for learning. Before the feeds came back on I started watching season 14 yesterday and it’s crazy how much big brother has evolved. I was crackin up with Dan’s funeral and mike Boogie and people being able to smoke cigs. I totally forgot about that lol!
Youre definitely right and a part of me does like them, but its just not as interesting when theyre lounging around like fat cats and just playing with their food at this point. If they were having to actually fight hard and were running circles around people that way then I’d be all in on them, but theyre sitting so pretty that theyre making mistakes/bad moves on purpose just to mess around because theyre bored. That sucks to see. I always say its like seeing 3 pros vs 30 average players is super interesting, but seeing 3 pros against 5 average players is not very interesting.
I definitely am ready to go watch some old seasons once this ends! Ive seen a lot of clips but this is my first season watching. I think I may start with BB17 just because the Twin twist is super interesting to me. I started watching a 2 hour video on youtube thats just all the twins stuff while the feeds were down but I stopped so that I could just watch the whole season haha
Oh is this your first season? I love that. I would def recommend going further back. but the season you’re talkin about with the twins Julia and Liz is definitely a fun season to watch! That video sounds interesting and I totally wish I was into watching the live feeds back then. this season is actually my first season ever that I’ve been doing that. watching the live feeds. I can only imagine how wild they were back then lol
Yep, first season and I came for the survivors. I imagine if I only watched the episodes that I’d still be rooting for them over everyone, but the feeds just give you such a different perspective. I absolutely love it, especially because my biggest complaint with survivor these days is its less and less game talk and more and more competitions and idol mechanics explanations. Its been tiktokified so that every little second of the show is maxxed out on engagement potential or something. I miss the days of long stategy talks and even just get to know eachother talks that helped you see the developing relationship between players. This has really scratched that itch for me
But yea I wish I could go back and watch the old ones too. I heard the live feeds before paramount bought them were out of control! Was a different time that I wish I was around for! BB After Dark I think it was called?
@Cristobal5050 yes we used to have the BB after Dark. It was from from 9:00 p.m. until midnight Pacific time which was midnight to 3:00 a.m. eastern time and they were constantly giving them things. They gave them things to do sometimes art, a basket of different snacks, I think occasionally we’d see a game or something and way more than they get now they would get alcohol and believe me when I tell you when those HG’s had alcohol they were more than entertaining.

I definitely get it, I was almost annoyed because I wanted her to be bad so that I could get the spicy exit interviews but unfortunately she became much more tolerable. I liked that she was actually super devoted to trying to find the hairbrush hahaha and I’m suuuuper pumped for zingbot. I watched a few old clips of him and I cant wait to see what he says about this group.
