So we have interesting situations tonight and barring any last minute flips, and Melody doesn’t cave, here are the situations…
Drew Wins (BB) – Devens, Angela vote out Mallery. Lala and Yash vote to save Taylor. Dee breaks tie with Mallory leaving. Other votes are irrelevant (and I am aware those two situations are the same vote, but I worded it that way based on their reasons)
Mallory wins – Assuming the underdogs have spines, they all vote out Drew and he leaves 5-4 (Mallory, Melody, Barrett, Lala, and Yash)
Taylor wins – This is almost certainly Drew going home
So Drew leaves in one, Mallory leaves in one, and the third situation is leaning Drew leaving but could be Taylor.
What is weird is that Dee and crew would still vote to keep Drew in after their entire goal with Mallory was to break up the 4. However, with that said, the 4 is pretty much gone now after this week so in that regard, I guess it doesn’t matter. Keeping Drew means they keep their loyal lapdog. Precisely why the rest of the house needs to vote him out.

Sunday’s show will be prerecorded, so whatever the twist is happens by today (I think Sunday morning would be too pushed). Julie also said that someone’s game would end before the next live eviction. Does that mean a new HOH competition starts this weekend and the normal cycle is compressed into 5 days instead of 7 and the next LIVE eviction will be this coming Thursday as usual? The live eviction would determine the first jury member.

Back to check in and see if anyone knows anything lol …. But really Sunday now is technically tomorrow and it is going by fast. Hopefully BB did not pull a fast one and get rid of one of the Icons. Agreed ! Mallory admitted she threw the HOH comp. That means her strategy game was lacking. She never tried to talk to Dee even though Dee tried talking to her many times.
I hate that she say’s she “Threw” the comp. You got beat. There’s no guarantee if she sprinted from the start that she would of finished sooner. She could of fell and made an even slower time.

I think I am having withdrawal symptoms. It’s 106 degrees outside and too hot to do anything out there. So I have been looking at other feeds and there are a lot of people who know producers or others that have leaked who was evicted. Putting them all together everyone has been evicted. I guess the game is over. lol give the feeds back we are all going crazy……
Imagine if the feeds come back on and it’s just the ants left.

Happy Friday everyone ! Ya, it sucks that there are not feeds… What CBS “Genius” decided that was a great idea… It is a bummer, we pay a fee to get 24/7 feeds now 3 days and no feeds ? Do we get refunds.. As far as the X news and tik tok rumors they removed Dee, I will literally stop watching this show forever if they did that. That would have to be a manufactured move, and I know Dee is good for ratings so it would make no sense.

From what I can tell none of the hard-core BB fans on here saw anything…in which case I have to ask myself, who the hell did then? Was it only previous players they asked? Because that’s what I’m starting to think.

A lot of their challenges lately have been really boring! What the hell? What happened to something that actually makes them work at things? What happened to the dark room with all the sticky gross stuff? What happened to the slip and slide? I don’t know maybe they’ll still do that? I’m probably the minority but I hate OTEV I find it creepy as hell especially this year’s. Oh my God.
Agree about the conspiracy stuff. And I legit think this could even the playing field because with no HOH and therefore no Yash as HOH then the Vets are in as much danger as everyone else right now. And this reminds me so much of last year with the White Locust Resort and Rachel going, which totally threw off the momentum of the whole game, so I think it could do the same this season. If so, cool. But I kinda hope they lose TV viewers and feed watchers for doing this.

And to celebrate the 1,000th episode of Big Brother there’s no HOH or room or basket, no veto, someone is going home with no chance to save themselves again, and most important, we’re shutting down the other thing that has always made it different from other shows?! This whole thing is so sus imo and I don’t trust any of it.
I’ve been super busy the past two days only to get home late last night and find out that I couldn’t even watch BB 1000th ep bc it was preempted by football, on top of that no live feeds, and now I’m hearing the twist is lame and everyone is pissed off lol. Lot’s of speculation online that someone has already been evicted but too many names being thrown out to believe it’s reliable.

I agree. I think he actually got lucky on his choice because it looked to me like he answered before they even got the third clue. But maybe not. I was confused on how it worked too. So let the conspiracy theories about it being fixed begin…………….
I read on Jokers he said he got lucky because he chose the one “without confetti” but then realized there was confetti on another one and he thought he blew it. As far as it being fixed surely the knuckleheads out here will realize that production would have loved a blindside on the 1000th episode with Mallory saved and Drew going home vs them helping Drew?! But who knows, lol.
We can hope that anyone with the ability to think logically would see that.
But those that insist that the icons are set up to win will spew that helping Drew helps the icons.

I’m so achingly exhausted of the conspiracy theorists regarding the Survivor people. I’m sorry but they’re the ones actually playing the goddamn game and not just sitting on their asses complaining and whining and crying about what’s happening to them. Okay I guess there’s a few others that are playing as well.
But all in all, I like the Survivor people of course, if one of them was going to win I would prefer it to be Devens simply because he hasn’t won before. It seems like a good guy and he has a sweet family.
But if the others want to win, they really do need to work on trying to get them out. That’s lies on them not on production.
That being said I do believe production does put their finger in things I think we’ve figured that out by now.
I really don’t get the Drew hate, sure he’s a rat… but so is Barrett and he is even worse when HE THREW IS F2 UNDER THE BUS BECAUSE DEE WENT AFTER SOMEONE WHO WANTS HER OUT BUT IT WAS HIS FRIEND… Melody can be all mad at Drew for evicting Mallory, but she was going to evict Drew… she has NO place to stand in being mad at Drew when she had planned on evicting him… suddenly betrayal is a cardinal sin to Melody.

Apparently a lot of people are up the icons ass since they have had the votes to get out who they wanted till now. Only 3 of them, 4 if you add Drew, and thats not enough to evict people at the beginning.

If barrett had acted accordingly when he saw it, this likely wouldnt have happened because the icons literally said they probably would have backed off if they had pushed back at all but since barrett just went along with it, mallorys fate was sealed.

Keep in mind that Drew was down to flip on the icons first and Barrett talked him out of it, so sure, barrett beat him to the punch to say “drew betrayed us first”, but its bs imo at least as far as “us” includes barrett. @JJ I do think there was an opportunity for Barrett and Drew to flip the house against the Icons but here was the problem for Drew, IMO: He was on the block and he wants to win this game lol.
So:
1) if he told ANYONE he was willing to flip on the Icons, the probability of it getting back to them was high and he would have become the target (or if he won BBBB like he did, saved himself but ended up with 3 more people hating him);
2) if he straight up told the icons, like Barrett did, that he would not vote out Mallory – we all know that would have led to the Icons targeting him anyway because their goal was to split up FAP and FAP knew that – so now the whole house (less FAP) would be targeting him; or
3) if Drew decided right after BBBB to vote out Taylor, the votes would still not have been there for Mallory anyway and the icons *could* be pissed that he flipped his vote, in which case again he *could* be their target moving forward.
Bottom line: Drew took the safe route, did what he had to do to save himself bc he knew he was screwed if he didn’t go along with the Icons (which he mistakenly thought still included Barrett but he dodged that bullet with the BBBB win). It sucked but I can’t blame the kid at this point bc this is a game, he stayed loyal to his first alliance and EVERYONE in this game is lying. He has also cried more in the past 2 days than almost anyone in the house (except Mal/Mel..maybe Angela) lol…so at least it shows he does in fact have a heart and it wasn’t easy for him to do.
Yes, the girls got screwed over and that sucked. I was rooting for FAP to at least make it to jury bc they make me laugh lol. I do, however, have a lot less respect for Barrett for going Drew-bashing for 2 days when he was part of all of the lying and sharing FAP conversations with the Icons as well. As far as I know, Barrett never took the time to pull Drew aside and have a talk with him about it – maybe they already didn’t trust each other especially with Barrett up Dee’s booty for so long and Drew having to do anything he can to ensure the Icons trusted him again. I agree, that conversation could have been a game-changer but IMO no one can keep a dang secret so it could have backfired regardless.
JJ I get what youre saying, but again Drew was explicitly down to flip on the icons earlier this week and barrett talked him out of it. Barrett knew he would have been down. How sure was barrett what drew meant? Very sure. They talked about it privately and drew said he was down to flip and barret said itd be better for them to stay with the icons. I totally get what youre saying for the most part, but absolutely barrett knew exactly what he was doing and where drews mind was on all this. He knew and he knew explicitly

@Bel everything you wrote was spot on. What I think really sucks is that too many people are believing everything Barrett says. They’re not seeing how shady he is. Unfortunately, when Drew got caught with a couple things he did do everyone just automatically labeled him the liar and the snake. Even for things that were not his fault. If I were Drew I would full on open everyone’s eyes to Barrett and throw him under the bus just like he did to Drew. It really sucks that Drew is taking the heat for both him and Barrett at the moment. The good news is now that Mallory’s out she will see what was really going on. Not that that helps Drew any.

So that kinda makes the comparison unfair when its barrett were talking about who flipped (at least on the mallory v drew stuff). DREW was practically in a showmance with Melody (every night on late late late night feeds after the entire house is asleep) Drew and Melody cuddle and flirt and talk and giggle with each other and Drew looks at her with love in his eyes that I believe is genuine… then the day comes and the next afternoon he’s in the HOH room with Dee and Devins spilling to them every secret that Melody told him in confidence about the plans the Melody and Mallory side has for the icons. Its is almost total psychotic betrayal. Yet, he’s fun to watch and I didn’t want to see him go because he’s so treacherous that he adds spice to the goings on in a mundane “rigged-for-the-icons” season lol

Quietly admitting that I’ve never seen Doctor Who. Not a single episode. If I were to watch, do I watch from season 1 episode 1 so I’m not completely confused? Or is there a good season to start with other than that?
Kind of hard to say it’s broken up into to eras the claasic one that started in the early 60s and ran into the 80s and the moderan era which started in 2005 and is till going though kind of in limbo right now. The classic era is on Tubi moderan on AMC+.
I just started watching it for the first time about 2 weeks before big brother 28 started! Start with the modern era, not the oldies. The Christopher Eccleston ones. Its a blast!
I say that as someone who got into star trek for the first time and did start with the oldest ones for that one. Sometimes its good, sometimes its unnecessary. My research showed it wasnt necessary or recommended for the most part for Doctor Who
Just start with modern era Christopher Ecleston. I’m a Doctor Who fan since I was a bairn in the 70s. I’ve got tons of the classics on dvd and blu ray. But if I’m being honest it hasn’t aged well. Some of the acting is cheesy, and the costumes can be REALLY BAD at times. Not to mention the sets.
I’ll admit I stopped watching the modern era when they turned the Doctor into a woman but it was at least definitely worth a watch till then.
And then we get to look forward to a heavily edited production skewed episode on Sunday that we all know won’t show what REALLY went down this three days.
Best way to deal…… Melody scream, laugh at how bad Grodner and production are, move on. What else can you do? They don’t care. Look at how they literally let Julie give the fingers to viewers AND CBS every week with “moonves, love one another”. Has everyone forgotten that she started that in retaliation to her problematic hubby being shown the door?

She started with adding Moonves, then spent a while adding different things to the end till she settled on “love one another”. It’s insane how she gets houseguests and celebrity guests to say it with her like it’s something nice. At the time she started everyone knew what she was doing, and I bet she’s still doing it for the same reason. I don’t doubt for a second she laughs about it with the hubby every time she gets home.
I’ve often wondered what sort of contract she has, or what Les can hold over higher ups, that they have to let her get away with it.
And her telling us all to go touch grass because the feeds will be down was a bit much for me too – as she swans of to her multi-million dollar home or yacht or whatever. She totally gave me the ick last night.

It really is amazing that they can do this every season and people complain or annoyed by it and yet they don’t care? You would think the viewership would be down by now and maybe that’s part of the problem? We still continue to watch and they know it? I don’t know who’s coming up with the ideas but it’s crazy. Shutting down the feeds I think it’s the worst and then again like I’ve said for, the lying about 24/7 feeds in general.
It’s like with pretty much everything in life really. They do it because they CAN. Imagine if all the viewership went away till they got rid of Grodner, her stupid ideas, and her weird “let’s turn Big Brother into a Nickelodeon program” direction. She wouldn’t last two minutes. But everyone just keeps watching and complaining on social media instead. I’ve even read the ratings are UP, so there’s no incentive for CBS to listen to the people watching.
I guess everyone can take the week off as BB has given the fans the big middle finger for the week.
Exactly how it feels. I’m not sure how invested I should even be anymore.
Between this and basically only three or four actually playing the game I don’t think that many will be Dee, Devens and Angela are all but assured the F3 unless one of them decides to turn on the others which I would say is possible but not proable and it will Devens and Dee in F2. Not really much to get invested in if your not an Icons fan.

I helped my elderly parents pack up their house to downsize a few months ago. It was brutal. My advice is to donate/sell as much as you can. Try to only touch each item one time as you pack. Label EVERY box in great detail with what’s inside. The box with the air fryer was the only one we had to look for. Who knew the air fryer was the most important thing in the house? Good luck!

Though she cautioned the audience that the live feeds will be down until after Sunday’s episode, Julie provided a sneak peek of the HoH comp that will incorporate series legends Britney Haynes, Tiffany Mitchell, Keanu Soto, and Cody Calafiore as an element in the comp that will help determine which members of the house make it to at least jury..
I read on BB joker some of these legends are not rooting for some the current houseguests. Hope it will not be another shocker like when a twist took out Rachel with no veto or blockbuster.
They said there was no Blockbuster, POV or HOH this week.
My understanding from Google is the former players are there to host comps with the medieval theme and that someone will leave before Thursday, then after that there’s a new HOH, veto etc as usual and a regular eviction on Thursday. So very similar to last year when Rachel went home and then when feeds came back there was a new HOH. So maybe on Sunday we see who goes home 1st and who the HOH for rest of week is?

You are absolutely correct. BB sites throughout the Coutry hate Drew now. They think that its one thing for the non-close people in the house to turn on each other, but Drew turned on his closest and most intimate friends in favor of pleasing the so-called icons who both had Drew as their main target all week long. They think Drew is the biggest coward in BB history

@LaDonna it’s the only one I watch anymore. But some of the story lines are doing right now are becoming achingly irritating lol. Some of the characters I find incredibly annoying. The storyline about Anna is silly to me. And some of the characters are just annoying in general, but then maybe that just means they’re doing their job well? Ha!
But I would love the Anna storyline and the one between Drew/Willow/Michael to come to an end. They have been dragging on for far too long.
And my God Drew’s daughter? I know the age kids rapidly on there but maybe he should be adapting for the fact that he has a teenager not a four year old anymore? They’re still having his character treat her exactly the same way. She aged rapidly in the last year didn’t she LOL
I am so ready for Willow to go down. But somehow I suspect Nina is going to get blamed for something Willow does and like Jack said Willow won’t care. I thought maybe Drew would come out of his locked-in syndrome a better person but nope. Making his daughter’s life miserable. And Anna should be able to see she had a problem and be getting help for it but GH also needs a new psychiatrist because half the town needs it.
Yeah the writers for GH have lost their damn minds. It’s the reason I stopped watching Young and the restless because it was getting ridiculous. I’ve been watching GH since the whole Luke and Laura thing when I was in college. I don’t want to stop but some of this is crazy.

5. Melody thinks that screaming is cute or interesting when it is just stupid.
6. Haley did the smart thing by siding with Dee.
7. Devens is a Genius because he is no NO ONES RADAR
So overall this was a wonderful day and could not have turned out better.

Ditto, I’m actually on the East Coast but had some errands to run came home to start the episode but of course my computer is up and the feeds came back while I was 23 minutes into the episode. I have not even turned it back on yet I have done nothing but watch the feeds. It’s a horrible habit I have one that I’m sure I will never stop.
My excuse for watching the feeds is that there is absolutely nothing else on TV this time of year. The feeds keep this SAH mom from going crazy, so I’m not happy that they’re going to be offline for three days. I feel sorry for the houseguests bc they must be in for a doozy of a comp!
As far as most of the HGs Go Barrett hasn’t done anything. They’re all fine with Barrett bc he threw Drew under the bus left him out to dry voted for Mallory to stay and made the rest of the house believe that he was no part of what Drew was up to. He’s a really great final two to have. Hopefully, it’s not as ridiculous as the one from last season that sent Rachel out.

I would really like to see the ratings for BB compared to what they were in the seasons before this hive mind voting started. The one saving grace for BB is it’s during the summer when there is not much competition for viewers, but I think eventually they will tire of this how many people here don’t even watch the broadcast show anymore and just keep up with things on the site? I hardly watch the network shows anymore.
