The theme of the Big Brother 17 house this season is.. “Let’s do what we typically do and just get crazy with the design”.

There does seem to be a lot of glass this year. I doubt it symbolizes anything, but certainly looks nice. There is a new glass walkway/hangout area near the HoH room, and the HoH room looks like something out of a sci-fi movie, but the other bedrooms have different themes. There is the comic book room (which ironically doesn’t appear to have any comic books in it, nor any characters – although I’m sure that’s a copyright issue), and the other bedroom looks like it came from the P*****y mansion.

Outside is more of less.. outside. There is a circular lounge type of couch in the middle of the yard, and the smokers corner has two L-Shaped couches with a sandcastle nearby to have a beach theme (and constantly remind everyone what they’re missing this summer)

Ok so the nightclub room definitely has a feminine feel to it. The Comic Book room has a male feel to it. Which may be intentional.
According to a Reddit thread (http://www.reddit.com/r/BigBrother/comments/39zn7o/possible_spoiler_for_this_seasons_new_twist/) the theme this year is Battle of the Sexes. Basically it’s the Battle of the Block, except men vs women. And instead of one jury returnee, there will be two.
No idea how accurate it is, but after seeing pictures of the house, the design of the house DOES fit with that rumor. Personally I hate this potential theme. I hate when BB trying to artificially create alliances. Much more interesting when players form their own…and those are the ones they are loyal to anyway.
