This is likely going to be a pretty short recap, unless of course you’d like a weather report of my area. The show was cruising along, showing the HoH competition that ran late into the night on Thursday, and then during a commercial break, a tornado warning pops up and cuts out everything between the HoH and the nomination. If you’re wondering, the warnings were not for my direct county.
I will say the coverage of the HoH competition was pretty fun to watch. I am disappointed they didn’t show Caleb drinking from the gross pool of water, but they did a pretty good job editing it together. I watched the entire competition on Thursday night, and honestly Victoria was on screen probably 50% of the time, so I didn’t even get to see a lot of Caleb doing his thing. I heard his pep talks and all of the other calebisms (a word I created), but I never even knew where his snowman head was until about 5 minutes before he finished.
As far as the stuff between the competition and the nominations, I’m going to assume they showed Caleb nursing his knee, possibly talking to Nicole about her situation in the house, and then showed a bunch of clips making it seem like nominations could have possibly been someone other than Nicole and Christine.
I’m not trying to be cynical, but that’s basically every episode, especially when there isn’t a whole lot of content to pick from. There have been some fantastic CBS episodes this season, but I know the house was pretty dead on Friday. They were battered, bruised and didn’t really do a whole lot. That said, I’m sure there were a lot of funny moments with the ‘Derrick, holllllla’ going off at random times.

What were Derricks comments during the Victoria thing the other night? Was he the one that said the thing about making her bleed?
He basically said that if he was Victoria’s dad he would have broken the computer when Frankie said what he did. But he was laughing and joking about the “g*******g” part of it.
Honestly, when I’ve watched it back, I’m about 99% sure I heard derrick, Cody and Caleb say that it wasn’t ok, and even Cody saying that he didn’t even want to be in the room for the convo. But none of them really called Frankie out for what he said, and why it was so nasty. They were all laughing a joking… I honestly think they were trying to just ignore the “r**e” part of it. But it doesn’t look great for anyone in that room.
That was Caleb who made that remark about blood. Derrick imitated zing bot having sex.
The one that talked about Victoria bleeding was Caleb.
Since Zach has been in the jury house I pray that Jocasta and Hayden had a heart-to-heart talk with Zach about his friendship with Frankie and how it appears to outsiders. Yes, Zach is young, but he needs to take a good long look at how he is perceived by others. The same goes for Derrick, Cody and Caleb. I see great potential in these young men, but if they don’t get it together and give some heartfelt and genuine apologies to Nicole and Victoria because of the way they treated them and the lies they told them to their faces and things they said about them behind their backs, karma will come and bite them in their collective a$$es. It would serve Derrick right if his wife makes him wait one more week before letting return to their bed for not shutting Frankie down with those comments about Victoria and not trying to break Frankie’s hand when he reached into his pants. — JMO Thanks for letting me vent. I think Derrick really wants Frankie out, he knows that no one can actually trust Frankie. However, with the shout outs taking place, and really making it clear that most people can’t stand Frnakie, he might be taking that into account, and realizing that there is a good chance almost anyone should be able to beat Frankie in the end.
The flip side of that is the fact that the jury doesn’t get to see what all of us see. So there is no telling how they all really feel about Frankie. They aren’t seeing how nasty he really is towards basically everone. Even Caleb, who has been very loyal to Frankie, has been on the wicked end of Frankie’s comments, saying things like Caleb is a good and loyal dog.
If these guys have any since at all, they will pull the trigger and get out Frankie while they can. The only reason I can think of to not get him out now, is he’ll have a lot of time to try to poison the jury. He’s such a vile person, acting like America will love him, but after loosing the mission, due to his pitiful acting in his stupid play, he is in the back telling Derrick, that we are stuck with him, and we can just deal with it. That he doesn’t care what “America” thinks, and so on. And now saying all of this crap about having to always watch what he says and does so that it doesn’t reflect badly on his sister or family??????? He’s a joke, and acting like he cares how is actions effect anyone is the best “acting” I’ve seen him do.

That is the main reason Caleb has wanted to stay close with Frankie. Plus, I think Caleb actually feels bad about sitting out the BOTB, and leaving Frankie to play it on his own. He shouldn’t, but at least to me, it seems like it would be easy to use guilt against Caleb.

Ugh. Hours away from getting Frankie out but they stay up for hour and hours and talk themselves out of it. If I ever play big brother, before I go in I would get a tattoo that reads “make the big move”. Or something like that to remind myself of what needs to happen in the game. If they had gotten Frankie out weeks ago…they wouldn’t have this dilemma. Put on your big boy pants, get the big target out early. Especially on a BACKDOOR where he can’t come back to get you. Why should Derrick risk the excellent game he is playing? I wonder if he is really distancing himself from Frankie because of Frankie’s meltdown with America? He is currently laying the groundwork with Nicole in case the backdoor Frankie plan goes through. Nicole seems primed to target Nicole and Cody, that works for Derrick, Caleb and Victoria. Nicole has done a nice job shining Christine and Cody along but she seems done with them.
The wild card is the time between the POV ceremony and the eviction. If Caleb nominates Frankie there is no hiding the intention. Frankie will know that Derrick, Cody and Caleb all have to be behind this move. He might get traction telling Christine she is at the bottom of the pecking order – maybe it will make it through to that tiny bird brain. He might also blow up Derrick’s game with Victoria but it is hard to see her ever switching over to him. But even if she did and Christine did there is no third vote to save Frankie.
Unless Derrick is worried about when to get Caleb out … then he might go for a double-cross. Get Frankie put on the block by Caleb, then vote out Nicole – save Frankie – and have the entire house targeting Caleb since he cannot compete for the HoH during the DE episode.

Previously on Big Brother Spoilers and more: The Blog Guests(BG’s) were very upset that their All American Hot Blooded Donny was gone. Donny who love Victoris’s clevage and wanted another performance during Frankie’s play didn’t get it (Donny was missing his woman), even the comment to Julie, Gee your pretty showed he is a hot blooded American man. The BG’s All American girl Nicole was a mess and crying louder than a 2 month old girl. Meanwhile, BG Willie was typing out his hatred for Frankie calling him names and a sociopath. But, the real hatred for Frankie begins with his belief that homosexuals are sinners. The new hero in the house is now Caleb, a man just a month ago the BG’s thought was crazy. Turns out he is an American hero who fought for our freedoms. Once the BG’s heard this, Caleb is now a BG favorite. The BG’s found out just 5 hours before last weeks eviction Frankie the H sated wanted the most beloved player in BB history to stay. The BG’s have to know this is Nicole’s last few days. The BG’s full attention is on Frankie, which is good for Cody who comes from a very loving Italian family. Will the hatred toward Cody return? Will Willie keep on being angry? Frankie and Derrick have been concerned that they have not received a new TA Mission. They normally would have one by now. The website doesn’t show anything to vote on so maybe it IS over now that Donny is gone. This should be a clue to Derrick and eliminate his desire to keep Frankie.
I hope the TA missions are over. With the money they won from the missions they completed & Derrick’s 5k in the HOH comp, they’ve won more than their share. If they do TA again they need to tweek it quite a bit. I thought it would have been more interesting if they’d had 2 TA’s during the dual HOH’s & made TA compete against the other TA without either team knowing about the other.
Yes, she thinks she is going to family reunions. She is very enamoured with Cody’s work ethic and jobs. It’s just for the game my azz.
Does Christine really think Tim is going to happy with her ‘visiting’ Cody? Somehow I don’t think so. Unless, she is planning to divorce Tim when BB16 is over? But the real problem for Christine will be Cody’s sister.
We’ll see Christine and Cody cuddling and holding hands in those visits while Tim smiles sitting next to them.

It seems that Caleb and Cody’s brains are growing a little because they’ve talked amongst themselves and then with Derrick that they want to evict Mango soon. But Papa Derrick keeps shutting down that idea, he doesn’t want Mango to get evicted so soon. If anyone knows please tell me when does Derrick want to get Frankie out. Maybe after Mango gets him out Derrick will say, I didn’t see that coming……..Maybe Derrick wants to be nice to Mango because his sister is famous and he could get something out of it, or maybe also because he knows he can beat him in final two, in which case his deal with Cody and Caleb is a lie. I don’t know what to think of Derrick’s strategy anymore. Why is he holding on to Mango so strongly?

I didn’t see that at all. I’ve seen shots of Derrick with Frankie under his arm in bed. But not anything that extreme. Derrick even said he’s going along with the vibe in the house (which is honestly Frankie can molest anyone, anytime) to try to fit in, for the “undercover” role he’s playing.
Don’t get me wrong, there isn’t much I hate more than a Homophobe, that being said, these guys are for sure more, ummm, comfortable, than any straight guys I know. I personally prefer straight guys that are secure enough to be able to joke/flirt around with everyone the same, women or gay guys, but hands in the pants????
