So I’m going to try something new going forward, or at least experiment with it. I have been updating my twitter a lot, but I think every day I’m going to keep a thread like this going where I just give you updates with time-stamps. I know a lot of people come looking here for regular updates, but didn’t know how to handle it without transcribing every conversation in the house. If nothing is interesting, I’ll throw up update in every 10-15 minutes or so (as long as I’m home), but if something gets exciting I’ll obviously update more.
Note, this will be in addition to my typical morning recaps/observations/opinions.
Flashback to any time using the live feed flashback feature.

2:40pm – Nothing going on in the house. Helen messing with her hair while others relaxing. Still waiting for the veto competition to begin.
2:55pm – Elissa doing stretching/reading, others napping.
3:05pm – Helen and Elissa in the cockpit chatting, Aaryn running a bath in the HoH room. Helen is strategizing about possibly making another deal with Aaryn if she uses the veto (if she wins). She’ll also offer the deal to Spencer. They’re going to wait until after veto to see who wins though. Helen is feeling pretty confident about the votes either way, and even tried to compare notes with Elissa. Both were told Elissa is the target (she’s not)
3:10pm – Elissa thinks it’s going to be an athletic competition today. Both are pretty antsy about getting it started, but Elissa decides to take a nap.
4:25pm – Took a break for dinner (found a great local sub shop!). McCrae, Helen and Spencer are in the cockpit chatting about the potential competitions tonight. Everyone else still sleeping.
4:45pm – Spencer and McCrae in the cockpit, Helen and Andy in the kitchen. No veto yet, it may not happen for another hour+
4:52pm – Big Brother comes over the speaker – “Houseguests: Remember to enjoy yourselves today. These are the good ole days”. Spencer and Andy joke about how GinaMarie is going to panic over that wondering what it means.
4:57pm – McCrae misses the song that is played over the fish during the live feeds. He is crazy, the song drives me nuts!!
5:20pm – Helen joins Andy, McCrae and Spencer in the cockpit to speculate on the announcement by Big Brother. She thinks former houseguests will come back for the veto competition.
5:50pm – Amanda is awake, but nothing new. Still just a bunch of general chatter.
6:05pm – Amanda called to DR, veto competition possibly soon
6:12pm – Feeds down for trivia, veto competition finally!
7:00pm – Still undergoing veto competition
7:30pm – Feeds still on trivia
8:00pm – Feeds still on trivia, veto competition still underway
8:30pm – Feeds still down
8:45pm – The feed music is starting to drive me nuts. Still doing PoV
8:48pm – Feeds back… Elissa won PoV!
8:52pm – Spencer confirms it was the OTEV competition
9:00pm – Houseguests cleaning up after the competition, but Amanda is confirming she is pushing for Helen to go home this week. She is going to blindside Helen, but Andy doesn’t seem very comfortable with this. He is very sad, and possibly the person who is most likely to flip this week in Helen’s favor.
9:05pm – Spencer and McCrae are in the storage room talking about the situation. He is accepting he’ll be going up as the replacement but feels safe so far. Apparently this will be the record for amount of times someone was on the block in a season (according to Spencer – didn’t verify).
9:25pm – GinaMarie and Helen are chatting in the cockpit. Helen is going to resort to the ‘guys alliance’ thing where the longer Spencer remains in the house, the bigger the chance the guys will come together. Who knows, with this cast it could work, but doubtful
9:40pm – Spencer tells the HoH room that Elissa told him she had conversations with God, and was told that Nick is Dan’s cousin.
9:50pm – Helen and Elissa are talking in the kitchen. Helen trusts McCrae and Andy (because of their ‘secret alliance’), so it’s going to be quite the surprise when she finds out. The big question is whether or not she’ll find out before Thursday.
With that, I am off to bed. I will recap in the morning. Hopefully you enjoyed my trial run at random updates throughout the day.
Not sure if this has been posted already, but Spencer has not set the record (assuming he does go up), he has tied it. Janelle in BB6, Frank in BB14, and Danielle in BB14 have all been nominated 6 times as well. BUT, it does seem likely that Spencer will beat the record soon.
Another record-tying performance…Aaryn with 4 HoH’s. BB5 Drew, BB7 Janelle, BB12 Hayden, BB13 Rachel, BB14 Ian, and now BB15 Aaryn have all won HoH 4 times. I can see her beating the record soon as well. It’s even possible that she ties (or potentially even breaks) the most HoH’s ever (6), a record currently shared by Janelle through 3 seasons and Rachel through 2 seasons.
Love the time stamp updates!! I’ve been reading your blog since last season and love it!! Have it saved on my home screen and check it all the time. It’s nice to jump to your site and get updated rather than scroll through twitter. 🙂

Yes, Helen’s time is up but that only means that unless Wissa has something in her skull other than filler, she will just delay her time in-house till the following Thursday. Now may be the time we really see if she has been dormant as a plan or a plant. If she is the older sister, why is she so subservient to Rachael? Not the usual family dynamics.
Otherwise, Elissa should just use the POV on Helen then spend her time carefree and reading in the jury house if she does not bolt.. She has been the most docile of all houseguests. Has she never had any personal issues to force her to develop or grow up?
Larry, re: family dynamics – I am the oldest, but I have a high level of compassion and mercy so I don’t want to hurt anyone. My sister 3-years-younger, however, is one who can tell someone how the cow ate the cabbage and is very controlling.

What I want to know is why do they keep calling the house guest to the diary room, I saw where Amanda was called in the before veto comp, I never thought they did that on other seasons.
Was Amanda the host for this competition? If she was, that’s why. They always call the host in to get them situated so they can start the competition.

From what I been reading, BB ‘s ratings are thru the roof, so I would not be surprised if BB is calling them racist big mouth ppl to the diary room and telling them to keep it up, your boosting our ratings, because Candice is gone and they still say racist stuff about her, and all the racist ppl are still there.

Had to be fixed – like last time. She doesn’t win anything on her own. Will be interesting to see what the comp was. Pretty much tired of BB prod controlling the game and the boring cast. Probably won’t watch next season.

Like her or hate her Amanda has Svengalied the other houseguests into doing her bidding. While personally I would not by upset if she suffered her own ideas at someones hands she has played a good game.

Amanda has very low self-esteem and believes that the world evolves around her. She is used to money, so her winning may change some things in her life. But her self-esteem will remain the same. Once the thrill of having money begins to fade? Amanda is going to have a hard time dealing with the fact that she is hated by America!

Refresh, I did a 7pm update. Competitions typically last 2+ hours so I update every 30-60 minutes depending what I do during them

It would take some major h*******e balls to the wall for them to clean up this mess & get Meanmanda/McGross, Aaryn & GM out!! Unless Helen or Elissa win veto & take themselves off & Aaryn puts up one of them(& let’s face it we ALL know thats not going to happen) she will put up Spencer in their place..So either Spencer/Helen or Elissa is out..which still leaves ALL of them in the house.
Really CBS/BB the only reason you are trying a first time twist like this is bcuz of all the backlash from the viewers & fans of this show this season..the only problem is you waited soo long to figure out what to do, at this point whoever comes back in the house Thursday won’t really have enough time to do anything, bcuz I don’t see them getting broke up this late in the game!!

Stevebeans, I’m so glad you are doing the updates like you are. I have found it pretty hard to follow the show as close as I usually do. Watching the Amanda show is getting really old, really fast.
Plus, if GM goes on another rant talking over anyone who’s trying to speak, I might actually have to find a magic portal to get into that house and gag her.

I know BB has been boring, upsetting and downright sickening to this point, but I hope we see some changes coming up in the near future. If Helen does get evicted this week, I hope she does not come back into the house. I would rather see one of the former players that got evicted with a unanimous vote come back in and face the other players that evicted them. Wonder what excuses they will give for voting them out. OH, how could I forget? They’re going to say “It’s what the house wanted.” I don’t think that excuse will fly and we may get to see some real game play for a change. And, hopefully, we’ll see some really good game play when they are competing to get back in…they know this is probably they’re only chance. I’m sure Jessie and Judd will play hard to come back, and hopefully, Candice will also.
I would like to see all three, Judd, Candice and Jessie come back, one each week for the next three weeks as HOH and get out Amaneda, Andy and Aaryn, then work on GM and McCrae and the three of them battle it out for the 500K. They were all done dirty and deserve to get a chance. This would be the best expect the unexpected a house guest could “expect”.

No no no. I want Helen there. She won’t win this. I would actually like to see Andy go. See what Mc/Amanda do then. Then Judd comes back and see what they do from there. That right there would be entertainment.
Spencer can’t see past the a$$e$ lined up in his face to even think to make that decision.
3AM has covered that contingency. Both GM and Spencer have been prepped that they are the pawns if necessary but there will be the votes to send Helen or Eloser home. GM and Spencer believe this because their fake alliance members from 3AM have convinced them of it.
It would take a cataclysmic event to change this. Something on the plane of GM losing it and actually chest bumping or hitting someone in anger and then being banished. That could reset the week with noms blanked and HoH up for grabs again. Not unprecedented, but not much to count on.
You forget one thing. Production. Just wait and see what happens.
Oh Yes..’production’…they force their influence in the DR on each and every houseguests. I think this is why Amanda and Elissa are still there. Elissa doesn’t talk about her private life, such as family or anything. She is not a social player, why is she there. Plus she never was sequestered prior to entering the house like the other houseguest were. She did imply that she negotiated her own salary to appear on BB 15. I don’t get what it is about her other than Rachels shadow that makes her so important.
If she was nominated I could see it happening. Things are not always what we think they are going to be. BB has to salvage this game in some way. People are pissed about this season.
Finding out that productions leans on houseguests in the DR to make decisions the way they want kinda takes the excitement out for me.
If spencer would take one of them off, he would go up, I don’t think he is that stupid, he will probaly go up anyway if they win and take there self of, unless Aaryn can be convinced otherwise, but I doubt that, if Aaryn was smart, (not) she would put up McCrae, with him gone Amanda would be worthless.

Helen became a passing footnote as a player when she ignored all the chances to evict Amanda saying it was not the right time. When is it the right time? When you’re walking out the door? Or sitting in the jury house?
When in BB have you seen anyone else give a pass to a major opponent being evicted for later? Amanda wa so shook up on her first MVP selection, that she would have been easier to evict. By then she should have been able to evaluate the strong players as they killed off Jeromy and Nick.
People tried to point out these free chances to evict Amanda but she was to smart or blind to others opinions, which might make her political consulting clients think twice about her ability to work with her.
Even if they weren’t thinking Amanda was a threat to have a couple together is a threat alone. That right there is why they should of booted her out the first time America voted her MVP.
You’re right, Larry. Yet, Helen is quick to point out that Candice & Jessie don’t know how to play the game. Candice didn’t have the best gameplay but Jessie tried numerous times to “play” & Helen wouldn’t listen to her. According to Helen, “it’s too early.” That it’s too early certainly isn’t good gameplay!
In her defense Helen has no way of knowing that America put Amanda up, as far as she knows it was the work of the other side targeting her alliance. Her main mistake was her read on Andy. She thought he was giving her the whole story on McCranda and he had her on the mushroom diet – in the dark and feeding her a steady stream of bullshiat.

You’re right Jackie, they still make fun of Candice and trash talk her. The funny thing is, GM says AX instead of ask all the time now. What’s with that?? She said it 4 times in about 2 minutes while they were getting ready for the “wedding” the other night.
I think GM already said “ax.” She wouldn’t have just picked it up from Candice saying it a few times. GM is just ignorant and disgusting and finds the pettiest things to be hateful about!

Joban, I agree with you that Spencer has definitely said a lot of stupid things, but I think Amanda is the most evil. She has wished bodily harm, r**e and even death on the other houseguests. Spencer’s remarks have just shown what an ignorant person he is, but I don’t remember him wishing harm to anyone. I may be wrong and I’m sure I will be corrected if I am, but I really consider Amanda to be the most evil person I have ever seen.

Sherry, I have watched this before and while I do agree with part of it, I do not agree with all of it. The comments at the bottom are right about the information about Amanda being wrong. Her Middle name is Joy not Jane and she is 28 not 38. I did a little research myself, so I do believe they are wrong. If you google Amanda Zuckerman 2008, you will find videos of her and her association with CBS at that time. You will also see her name is listed as Amanda Joy Zuckerman.
Aaryns transformation is notable but not admirable in the end, you can’t forgive her bad behavior ever. She will make her mark in BB history love her or hate her and will probably be in the final 3. If Helen doesn’t win POV she’s done and its her own fault but she may make it back in, shame on her otherwise. I’ve watched since S1 and this has got to be the most hated cast, am I wrong?
I know they have doe an all star season on Big Brother, but if they were to do kind of like a Survivor ‘heroes and villains’ season, it would be interesting to see people like Aaryn, Evil Dick (who I always hated), and a number of others against some of the games most loved people.

While she has modified her behavior it has not stopped – that ugly racist streak runs deep. The privacy of the HoH has given her and GM some alone time and they spend most their time trashing Candice and saying their is no way America would call them racist. Seriously, they believe that. That disconnect just stuns me and is setting them up for the BIGGEST surprise of the season. We all have that to look forward to.
Aaryan has even gotten a clue but probably won’t connect the dots. She is wondering why they didn’t give her any pics of her dad with her HoH stuff. She says she gave them like 5 and he had signed all the releases. In fact one pic they gave her originally had him in it but he had been cropped out of it. Clearly given the controversy he has rescinded his release and CBS is cooperating in case something happens to him.
I am wondering if they will find out their fate during the live final. That would be huge dra.a, but will cbs have the balls to do it on live tv ?

Early on I considered starting an internet group funded effort to get a banner plane to fly over some afternoon towing the sign: “AARYAN, B PETITE SEZ U R FIRED LOL”. Alas, the planes been done before and BB is on the lookout for that.

I would like to request a poll – sort of out of interest. Because there has been so much evil this season/summer, which houseguest would you consider the most evil all things considered. Would be interesting to see if others feel the same way I do about that one.

Along the lines of requesting polls, I really like the idea (I think it was Rob’s?) of polling your readers as to their age with different brackets.
But we all know that Arryn doesn’t have the guts to against “The House” aka Amanda since she is the smart one as she called her. So it’s bye bye Helen or Elissa depending on who wins the POV! So ho hum… Predictable & boring…Well, we tried to warn them!
I think it is a combination lack of guts and gameplay. The most strategic statement everyone is saying is that : “that’s what the house wanted”. It is an easy thing to say to lwave as little “blood” on their hands as possoble

At this point, even though I am not a fan, I am starting to think that Andy is becoming the best player. He has himself in a solid alliance, and has had Helen’s ear the whole season. Andy and Aaryn are deserving a final two.
Keep your friends close but your enemies closer. Hopefully when Helen feels Andy’s knife slide in she’ll say “et tu Andy?”.
